About IAC:

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to the general public.
2. Entry deadline is 17 September 2023.
3. Each participant may submit only (1) entry. Participants MUST fill in the Logo Design Competition Entry Form and submit the complete form with their logo design.
4. All submitted work must be the original work of the participant and must not include, be based on, or derived from any pre-existing or third-party designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images that may infringe such third-party’s intellectual property rights.
5. All the 3 winning logos will become the sole property of IAC. By submitting an entry, the 3 winning participants agree that any and all intellectual property rights in relation to the logos designed and submitted by the participants shall be deemed assigned to IAC.
6. IAC reserves the right to modify the 3 winning logos to better fit the needs of IAC’s branding.
7. The logos will be used in all media platforms – including but not limited to – online, print, merchandise materials, and other visual collaterals.

LOGO SPECIFICATIONS

1. Entries should be done and submitted in a digital format (at least 300 dpi with a file extension of .jpg or .png).
2. The logo must be in the size of 1080x1080px.
3. Participants MUST submit a high-resolution vector file (.ai) of the logo designs so that it is adaptable to electronic and print media, to reproduce on small and large surfaces, and to use in color or in grayscale.
4. The logo shall not carry ANY mention. For example, Watermarks, Trademarks, Signatures, Name, Initials, and Markings.
5. Label your file with your name followed by IACLogo.
6. Provide a brief description or rationale (not more than 300 words) explaining the components of the logo designs should also be included in each entry.
7. The decision made by the selection committee of IAC shall be final. The winners shall be informed through email and/or a telephone call.
8. By participating in this competition, the participants irrevocably agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein stated.
